A flawless communication between doctor, patient and relatives is a prerequisite of good understanding and a trustful relationship. If required, we provide you with experienced interpreters that will accompany you during all appointments and examinations.

Our interpreters are highly qualified - in particular for translation of medical topics - and usually native speakers of your language. Thus they are also familiar with all cultural and religious aspects of our patients, playing sometimes an important role within the communication process.

If not available in English or German, your medical documents can be translated by our certified medical translators from your mother language into English for evaluation purposes by our doctors.

Vice versa the medical discharge report and all other documents edited in German or English can be translated into your native language in order to provide your doctors at home with all important information about your treatment in Germany.

Translation and interpreter services are available in English, Arabic, Russian, French and German – Upon special request also in Chinese.
